The International Fundraising Consultancy (IFC) is a global management and fundraising consultancy for civil society, with offices in London, Ottawa, Geneva, Milan, Amsterdam, Kiev, Singapore, Lima and New York. IFC helps charities and NGOs around the world to improve their performance, so they can make a bigger difference. Each First Friday of the month a session is being organised by IFC. 

Marlon van Dijk, managing Director from Sinzer joins the next First Friday Fundraisers Session on 01 April to explain what impact is and why it is important to measure it. How can you be sure you are really making a difference in the lives of the people you are trying to change? And once it has been measured and reported how can you use this information within your organisation to maximise the impact with the resources available?
