Ben jij een sociaal ondernemer en wil je aan de slag met impactmeting?

Betrokken bij de pilot zijn Specialisterren, Food for Good, I-DID_slow fashion, Taal doet Meer, Zuivere Koffie en Granny's Finest. Wij zijn erg verheugd over de ontwikkelingen en delen graag de resultaten!  

Voor de pilot is in de Sinzer softwaretool een ‘template’ ontwikkeld op 3 thema’s:

• Arbeidsparticipatie
• Sociale inclusie
• Duurzaamheid

Op 30 november zullen we verder uitleggen én laten zien hoe je met zo’n thema aan de slag gaat. Bovendien staat er nu wat klaar waar jij misschien ook gebruik van kan maken in jouw impactmeting. Interessant? Meld je dan hier aan.

ABN AMRO Foundation heeft sinds 2015 het programma ‘Partner voor de Toekomst’ geïntroduceerd. Medewerkers van ABN AMRO Foundation helpen – op vrijwillige basis - mensen van jong tot oud, bij het ontdekken, ontwikkelen en bekronen van hun talent. In 2015 organiseerde ABN AMRO Foundation 376 vrijwilligersprojecten en hebben ABN AMRO vrijwilligers zicht 10.045 keer ingezet voor sociale projecten. Deze projecten vallen in de volgende domeinen: kunst & cultuur, educatie, ondernemerschap en sport. In 2016 is educatie nog meer dan voorheen de basis geworden van het programma en is er expliciet een keuze gemaakt voor de doelgroep kinderen/jongeren in een achterstandssituatie.

ABN AMRO foundation wil starten met het meten van de maatschappelijke impact van de activiteiten. Op dit moment worden de volgende KPI’s gemeten: 

• Waardering vrijwilligers
• Aantal vrijwilligers
• Score ‘Maatschappelijke Imago Monitor’
• Bekendheid ‘Partner van de Toekomst’ (onder de Nederlandse bevolking)
• Waardering ‘Partner van de Toekomst’ (idem)

Deze KPI’s zeggen nog niet in hoeverre de projecten veranderingen c.q. impact hebben gecreëerd voor de primaire doelgroep, de medewerkers van ABN AMRO en eventueel andere stakeholders. Daarnaast is het nu niet mogelijk om projecten met elkaar te vergelijken (benchmark) en de resultaten van de projecten bij elkaar op te tellen (aggregatie) om zodoende iets te zeggen over de impact van de foundation.

Dat is de reden waarom ABN AMRO Foundation gaat samenwerken met Sinzer. Consultants van Sinzer ontwikkelen op basis van een Theory of Change een impact template die gebruikt kan worden voor het meten van de impact op de verschillende thema’s en onderliggende projecten met behulp van een aantal output en outcome indicatoren. Begin volgend jaar worden de eerste resultaten (van de projecten die gestart zijn in 2016) verwacht.

More about Sinzer

We provide products and services focused on social impact measurement and management since 2008 and are working for a wide range of clients: social enterprises, impact investors, foundations and public / third sector organisations (health, employability, welfare, education, sports, culture, etc.). About the associate partnership

We are looking for associate partners who will build and branch out the use of Sinzer in other countries than the Netherlands, in order to expand our international client base. The ideal candidate will bring business in through their existing connections as well as new ones, either by implementation of the Sinzer software solution and offering accompanying services independently, or by referring clients to the Sinzer head office. The extent of joint pipeline management as well as joint handling of clients by the associate partner and Sinzer can be determined depending on number and size of clients, as well as needs and preferences of the associate partner.

What are we looking for:

• Independent professional(s) with a proven track record in the field of social impact measurement
• Independent professional(s) with a network within a country and/or sector
• Independent professional(s) who are interested to work with our brand and shared revenue model

Save the date: Sinzer's 2nd anniversary event!

This coming September marks the 2nd anniversary of the Sinzer software platform for impact management. We plan to celebrate this joyful occassion with a celebratory event, to which you are invited! 

Expect to see exciting new framework/features, inspirational talks and best practice-presentations by several users while enjoying a drink and (re)connecting with other impact-oriented professionals and change-makers.
